Tyler embarked on his swimming journey in 2011, under the guidance of Alec Haley and Jay Chambers at FAST. Rapidly developing a passion for the sport, he dedicated six years to the club and four years to the Fishers High School varsity team. His commitment to swimming continued as he joined Wabash College's swim team, where he swam under the coaching of Brent Noble and Will Burnthart, ultimately earning a degree in physics.

In 2021, Tyler enthusiastically returned to FAST, eager to contribute to the coaching team and continue his personal and professional growth alongside the talented staff and young athletes of the club.
