Coach Ralph boasts an impressive swimming background, having represented the OB Aquatic Club, Connersville High School, and the University of Missouri-Rolla in his aquatic journey. Throughout his swimming career, Ralph excelled in numerous statewide championships and participated in the YMCA National Swim Meet both as an age group and high school competitor.

As a two-year captain of the Connersville High School swim team, Ralph played a pivotal role in consistently securing Top 20 placements in the state. His leadership prowess extended to the University of Missouri-Rolla, where he earned the title of two-year captain. Under his leadership, those teams achieved remarkable success, consistently ranking in the Top 15 nationally at the NCAA Division II level.

Ralph's coaching journey began with the Connersville OB Aquatic Club, where, during his three summers as head coach, he guided athletes to success at the Indiana Age Group State Championships, including mentoring a nationally ranked age group swimmer. Ralph has been an integral part of the FAST coaching team since 2006, bringing his wealth of experience and dedication to nurturing swimming excellence.
